Eric, have you opened the jar and taken a whiff? If so, do you have nose hairs left? I’m surprised my neighbors haven’t complained when I’m drying the peppers. Anyways, best of luck, make sure to have a full stomach of starchy food before eating any peppers and may the Schwartz be with you.
